Two win streaks are on the line tonight in Kelowna.
The Vikes enter Saturday’s game with a four-game win streak on the line, tacking on their latest win against the Logan Lake Miners in a 5-4 affair on Friday night. The Vikes have also been the only team this season to defeat the high-flying VIU Mariners, and will look to earn their second victory of the season over the Lakers.
The Lakers are holding on to a one-point lead in the BCIHL after defeating the SFU Red Leafs 6-3 on Friday night. Their victory keeps them at the top for now, and the club will look to extend their win streak to two.
