Spartans look to keep winning streak alive when Vikes visit LEC on Friday

After opening their home schedule with back-to-back wins, the Trinity Western University Spartans will look to build on their three-game winning streak when they host the University of Victoria on Friday evening at the Langley Events Centre.

THE WEEKEND STORY

· Since a loss to Victoria in their season-opener, the Spartans have won three straight while outscoring their opposition 10-3.

· Last time TWU and Victoria played, the Vikes won Friday’s tilt 4-3 before the Spartans bounced back to win 3-2 Saturday.

· TWU is 14-16-1 all-time against the Vikes. · The Spartans went 3-3 against Victoria last season.
