Trinity Western University will host EC Red Bull Salzburg’s U-20 Team in an exhibition game on Saturday, January 23rd at Queen’s Park Arena in New Westminster, B.C. at 9:00 PM.
The game, which is free for spectators, will see the BCIHL-playing Spartans take on a Salzburg side that is touring B.C. Along with its game against the Spartans, Salzburg is also playing games against the BCHL’s West Kelowna Warriors, Penticton Vees, Vernon Vipers and Victoria Grizzlies.

The Spartans are currently third in the BCIHL standings with a record of 7-4-0-1. This weekend, they will compete in the inaugural BCIHL University Showcase at the Bill Copeland Sports Centre in Burnaby, B.C. As part of the event, the Spartans will play regular season games against Selkirk on Friday at 4 p.m. and Eastern Washington on Sunday at 5 p.m.
